INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (398 ml) organic black beans undrained
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small pot add black beans with canned liquid.  Add all spices with salt and pepper into pot. Heat over stove top on medium heat until it starts to simmer.  Simmer for 8 mins covered.  Serve as a side to your favourite meal! Enjoy!
