Serves 2 cups | Ready in 1 hr and 15 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripened avocados, peeled & pitted

  • 1/2 red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 vine tomato, chopped

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1/2 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Place into a resealable reusable container. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (best overnight) to allow the flavours to set. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
