30 MIN. PAPRIKA GARLIC POTATOES RECIPE (VEGAN)
Today I’m sharing a Paprika Garlic Potato recipe. This recipe was inspired by my father who used a similar dish like this for me and my family. He didn’t cook a lot but when he made breakfast he’d always make this potato recipe along with scrambled eggs and fried bacon. This one contains more spices and cornstarch different to his version which simply contains salt and pepper. To this day, he still makes these potatoes.

PAPRIKA GARLIC POTATOES RECIPE
SERVES 2 | PREP TIME: 15 MINS | COOK TIME: 15 MINS
- 5 medium organic russet potatoes, peeled and sliced in halves
- 6 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- Optional: green onions finely chopped for garnish
- In a medium size mixing bowl, combine sliced potatoes, corn starch, spices and 1 tbsp of avocado oil until well combined.
- In a non-stick frying pan set on medium high heat, add remaining avocado oil and then add potatoes. Fry until golden brown on each side. Garnish with green onions.
