Hi Everyone,

Today I’m sharing a Protein Chocolate Chip Blondie recipe. It takes 30 minutes to make and it’s super easy! It’s a great way to sneak in some protein if you’re lacking it from your diet but just be cautious in not going over the amount your body requires as this can cause adverse health issues down the road.

For this recipe, I am using Nuzest’s plant based protein powder. It’s the cleanest plant-based protein powder I’ve ever tried and I truly enjoyed it. Protein Chocolate Chip Blondie Recipe (Vegetarian)

Yields 9 squares
Ready in 30 minutes

Adapted from Amy’s Healthy Baking


  • 2 ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted

    2 large eggs, room temperature

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 4 tbsp oat milk

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup cane sugar

  • 1 ½ cups oat flour

  • 2 tbsp Nuzest’s Real Coffee plant-based protein powder

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • 3 ½ tbsp vegan miniature chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch square pan with coconut oil

  2. In a large bowl, mix together coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and oat milk. Stir in cane sugar and salt. Pour in oat flour, protein powder, followed by baking powder and mix. Stir in chocolate chips.

  3. Pour mixture into square pan and spread with a spatula. Press down with spatula until flat and even. Bake for 11-14 minutes until fork pokes clean. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
