RECIPE | 40 MIN. ROASTED GARLIC ONION CHICKEN
I'm getting back to my regular routine of posting recipes. This one is a SUPER EASY ONE. In fact, I almost wanted to title this post as "Super East Roasted Garlic Onion Chicken" but we all know that's way too long so I had to shorten it. It legit takes 10 minutes (not even!) to prep. So perfect meal prep when you're busy making other foods.
For this recipe, I'm using Blue Goose Pure Foods certified humane free-range chicken drums, organic red onion, corn starch, organic garlic and onion powder, Chosen Foods avocado oil, salt and pepper. Also to line my baking sheets in an eco-friendly manner, I'm using my Unstick liners! You can purchase online here.

ROASTED GARLIC ONION CHICKEN
SERVES 7-8 PIECES | PREP TIME 5 MINS | BAKING TIME 35 MINS
8 certified humane chicken drums
1/2 organic red onion, sliced
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp organic garlic powder
1 tbsp organic onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Drizzle of avocado oil
Require: baking sheet and reusable baking liner by Unstick
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line your baking sheet with a reusable liner.
- Slice your red onion and line them on the pan.
- Next place your chicken drums on top of the onions. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper over top. Drizzle over top with avocado oil. Massage oil and spices with hands.
- Next evenly sprinkle cornstarch over top. Bake for 35 minutes, turning the drums over half way. Serve immediately and enjoy with some carbs and veg!
