RECIPE | TROPICAL SMOOTHIE BOWL (VEGAN)
Smoothie Bowls are beautiful to look at and tasty to eat. They’re an easy way to get your consumption of multiple fruits and vegetables with any toppings you desire. They can be served as a healthy breakfast or dessert. For this recipe, I’m using all organic fruit, Vitococo coconut water, coconut shavings, and organic chia seeds.

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE
SERVES 1 | PREP TIME 10 MINS
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 slices of frozen peach
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- coconut shavings
- chia seeds
- banana slices
- Blend the frozen pineapple, frozen peach slices, banana and coconut water until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top off with the above suggested toppings. Serve and enjoy!
