I love a good berry tonic beverage! It's a great drink to have especially when I'm at a party and I feel like a carbonated drink but not an alcoholic beverage. So I decided why not create something tasty and refreshing that will keep your thirst quenched.
This delicious tonic contains frozen mixed berries, lemon juice, maple syrup, carbonated water and ice. This is a very simple drink to make at home with minimal ingredients with a blender.
If you don't have a certain berry or fruit, you can even swap it for a frozen fruit you enjoy, such as frozen mangos, citrus, lychee (just not banana). It's very versatile and you can't go wrong with this easy drink recipe!

Expert Tip
- If you prefer not to make a large pitcher and would like to enjoy this drink on a daily basis, store the fruit syrup in a resealable jar as imaged below. Then when you want to enjoy a glass, add 1.5 tablespoon of syrup into a glass and pour 250 ml of carbonated water. Stir to mix. Enjoy!
